Everyone wants a fine and fit body. It is also a art, not only need. Obesity is over than it. Getting rid of from obesity and high weight and being slim is a fundamental fact for comfortable lifestyle and active career now a days. A slim and fat less body is also a yardstick of wellness.  So, weight losing is a need of time for some people and they try different methods to lose their weight. However, basically there are three methods of weight lose e.g. Taking weight losing foods, Maintaining habitual facts of weight lose and Medicine & Surgery method. These are discussed below:

1. Taking weight losing foods: weight losing foods are natural way to lose weight. Green vegetables and fruits are helpful for weight lose. Some important foods for weight lose is that:

Green tea: green tea is exclusive food for weight lose. It is enriched with antioxidant. Taking green tea daily will bring a large scale of benefits for weight lose.

Sour cord: Sour cord is beneficial for weight lose. If you add 150-200 ml sour cord at your daily food list it will helps to reduce your weight along with caring your skin.

Cucumber: Make a habit of eating cucumber daily. It works to remove the trapped fats and glycogen from your body and to make you free from growing fats at your body.

Salad: as salad it is a mixture of some fruits and vegetables it will be so helpful for weight lose. It is one of the best weight losing recipes. Make won-self habituate for it to get a great result of weight lose.

Green vegetables: cabbage, lotus, carets, brinjal etc vegetables are beneficial for fit body and weight lose. You can make a balanced diet adding much amount of vegetables for weight lose.

Tomato: tomato is enriched with vitamins, antioxidant etc that will help your fat to be removed. Green tomato is one of the best ingredients of salad.

Some fruits: some fruits: apple, papaya, lemon, grapefruit etc are weight losing fruits. These fruits are enriched with antioxidant. So, these fruits will be helpful for you to lose your over weight.

Whole Grain: brown pales, wheat, maize etc are whole grain. wheat rice , bread, popcorn, etc are better foods for maintaining weight. These foods are fat free and enriched with vitamin B, Iron, Magnesium, fiber etc. Make your food list preferring to these foods instead of fat foods.

2. Maintaining Habitual Facts: we can make our body slim and lose weight by maintaining our habitual facts and it is the most effective and amply applied method. So, we can apply the following habit to lose weight:

Walking and running/ jogging: as walking is a good exercise it is so effective for weight lose. walking 1 hour or running/ jogging 20 minutes in a day is sufficient to lose over weight.

Taking Gym: Taking gym is beneficial and effective for weight lose and body fitness. Taking gym daily maintains weight and fit our body. Gym centers provide many kinds of tools for fitness of body. So, take this effective system to lose your over weight and make your body artistic.

Practicing Yoga: yoga is a ancient and effective forms of fitting your body and mind. It is a good system to lose weight. It is also a therapy of some dysfunctions.

Sleeping Sufficient: Every well man need at least 7 hours sleeping in a day. Taking rest without sleeping increases a man's weight, it is invented by the researchers of Medicine Sleep Center of University of Washington. There is a type of gene at human body that is responsible for increasing weight. This genes stay active for long time for insufficient sleeping and the risk of increasing weight increased. According to Dr. Watson some genetic facts, diet system and some other facts are responsible for high weight. Specialists suggests to take exercise/jogging/swimming, balanced diet with sufficient sleeping for weight lose.

Avoiding fat foods: to lose over weight fat foods must be avoided, these can be taken at a simple amount for sound body. The habit of taking fat foods must be maintained for losing weight. Make a balanced to put your body fit and sound and to free from overweight. Make habituate to fat less foods. It will make you energetic and increase your stamina. So, Apply it sincerely.

3. Medicine & Surgery: medicine and surgery are modern methods of losing over weight. People who are not interested to exercise for weight lose they can take medicine and surgery for weight lose. Some weight losing medicines are Qsymia, Amazing, BELVIQ etc.  If jagging is not interesting for anyone he/she can take medicine or surgery for weight lose.
