Mobile or Skype marriage, what does Islam say?

Marriage on the mobile phone is meant to be a part of Akb's event, if any of the attendees of the bride's bridegroom are not able to do so, then offer a proposal to the missing party through a mobile phone in front of one of the witnesses of the present party.The absentee party is far away from witnesses and accept it from the other end. In Islam's view, this kind of marriage is executed through a mobile phone: In Shariah's perspective there are some basic requirements for marriage.Mobile or Skype marriage will be lawful?The absence of any one of these conditions can become impaired by Shariah. Important are some of the basic conditions:

 

1. Acceptance of the bride and the bride is performed in front of two capable witnesses. The witnesses will be in front of witnesses who will be in the presence of witnesses.

2. To listen to the blessings of bride and bridegroom both directly.3. Excitation and acceptance must be performed in the same assembly (meeting).4. Except the acceptance of both witnesses will be heard together. 

If the above conditions are possible through mobile or Skype, the marriage will be completed insha Allah. Shariyat more Gayabaya marriage arrangements are: 

1.Both the bridegroom write letters to the bride or bridegroom, with the proposal of marriage. The letter will be read in front of the Shariah witnesses if the letter is owned by the bride or the bride's lawyer. After the reading, the bride or the appointed attorney will say in the gathering that I have accepted marriage for me or the bride. Then marriage will be completed.
